FAQ's and Policies

About our products-  Our items are handmade and should always be treated as such. Please follow the care instructions enclosed. While we strive for perfection, handmade items can have a uniqueness and that should not be considered a flaw. If there is any problem please contact us within 3 days of arrival. 

Tumbler Care-  Hand wash only using cool water, mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge Do not put in dishwasher. Do not put in microwave. Do not soak.

Glass Tumbler Care-  Hand wash only using cool water, mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not put in dishwasher. Do not put in microwave. Do not soak.  Do not use for hot liquids.

Ceramic Mug Care-  Dishwasher Safe. Microwave Safe. 

T-shirt Care-  Wash inside out in cool water. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on decal. Do not bleach.

Turn around time and shipping-  Turn around time is up to 10 business days (Monday-Friday) for us to make our handmade items. Shipping through USPS is then about 3-5 days (excluding processing time) depending on their schedule.

All orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a National Holiday will be processed the following day. If you are in need of a rush order please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Please Note- The Honeyed Hive is not responsible to lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to aid you in finding your package in conjuncture with the carrier. In the rare event that your package has been lost or stolen please open a case by contacting the carrier to open an investigation. 

If your item arrives damaged in transit please contact us and the carrier to file a damage claim. 

We provide free economy shipping in the US on orders over $100.  

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Free pick up is available once a week in Magnolia, NJ. For all others, shipping is available.

Returns-  If you have any issues with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. We offer free shipping on all UNUSED returns and exchanges for orders within the United States. We want to make sure our customers are happy with what they ordered. Items must be returned within 30 days of received items, If it is a custom/personalized item, we do not accept any returns or cancellations.
